SEO TIP
One must be conscious of the need to keep keyword phrases in *exact word order* and not separate them with the addition of extra keywords.
As a general rule regarding keyword repetition, you should try to include your keywords, in exact word order, around two or three times in your copy but try not to repeat a single keyword or phrase more than 3 times within text on a single page.
